We are looking for a person who is excited by the prospect of developing our operation and grow the market share to become an undisputed recruitment market leader in Wielkopolskie region. As manager you will be responsible for the team of consultants, providing an outstanding service to our candidates and clients, actively identifying their needs, promoting and selling the specialist recruitment services of HAYS. The role requires a strong business development skills as well as managerial competencies. In this role you will be mentoring and developing the Poznan team to their full potential. Your responsibilities will include both strategic as well as hands on management and growing the team, recognising market potential, business development and crystallising our local commercial positioning. You will be in frequent contact with clients and candidates and will be developing candidate attraction methods, interviewing candidates and matching relevant profiles to the clients’ needs.

We are interested in a strong individual with B2B sales and sales management experience. We seek an ambitious, dynamic person with experience on managerial position who can be real leader for our strong team. Experience in recruitment / management of the recruitment team is a great asset.
